Costs and other information

Ad hoc support –

£33 per hour. Payment up to three hours in advance.

No monthly commitment but minimum booking is one hour in any month.

Retainers

10 hours per month – £330

20 hours per month – £660

Retainer packages must be paid in advance, and hours used within the thirty day period.

Packages

INBOX AND DIARY MANAGEMENT -£600 per month

  • Organise and Streamline Inbox
  • Unsubscribe from unwanted lists
  • Set up and monitor folders
  • Answer FAQs/reply with holding email.
  • Flag items for your urgent attention
  • Arrange and confirm meetings
  • Sync inbox to diary
  • Check emails twice a day (AM and PM) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

Other Information

All terms and conditions will be laid out in a full contract prior to starting work.

Details for each job or project will be outlined in an accompanying booking form for clarity.

Professional Indemnity Insurance up to £100,000
